You wrote it as โ€œ์ตœ์„ฑํ•ฉ๋‹ˆ๋‹คโ€ which is incorrect.
์ตœ์„ฑ is not a valid word in Korean and it should be corrected to ์ฃ„์†ก.
A rather easier way to say โ€œIโ€™m sorryโ€ would be ๋ฏธ์•ˆํ•ฉ๋‹ˆ๋‹ค (mee-ahn-hab-nih-dah) for English speakers.

Also, zero is either pronounced โ€œgongโ€ (๊ณต) or โ€œyoungโ€ (์˜) in Korean, but โ€œyoungโ€ (์˜) is more widely used.
