As for the T-Money / Rail+, there isn’t any information from the DSP company about which is being issued and I’ve not found a way to see which one you’ll get. But don’t worry, they both do the same thing and can be topped up the same.

Hi, thanks for letting me know. It looks like the Discover Seoul Pass added in the Rail+ cards to some of their cards in March this year. There was no real announcement about it except a press release hidden on their site. The site doesn’t say whether people will get a T-Money card or Rail+ card – both of which are listed on their website. I’ll try to find out more info and update my article.
